When you register with us through your personalized ‘login Id’ and ‘password’ your personal information will be stored in our database to provide you with the features of the JobsKart website. Service providers and Employers

Your information shall be shared with the end service providers like employers, consultant and other institutions or any other service provider who are responsible for fulfilling your employment. It is pertinent to note that “JobsKart” does not authorize the end service provider to use your information for any other purpose(s) except as may be for fulfilling their part of service. However, the said service providers/employers use the information shared with them is beyond the “our” purview and control as they process Personal Information as independent data controllers, and hence we cannot be made responsible for the same. When the JobsKart installed on your phone a list of permissions will appear for the smooth functioning of the application. The permission JobsKart requires and the data that shall be accessed and its use are as below:

Android phone Location: This permission lets us share information about the closest job locations based on where you are. If you need help or have employment questions, we can assist you. Please note that we do not offer in-person help.

SMS: If you allow us to access your SMS, we can send you SMS related to ‘OTP’ and send our services package details to your mobile number.

Phone: The app requires access to make phone calls so that you can make phone calls to our user contact centers directly through the app.

Contacts: If you allow us to access your contacts, it enables us to provide a lot of social features to you such as sharing our service packages with your friends, etc

Photo/ Media/ Files: The libraries in the app use these permissions to save and cache images and document data for your ease and faster use of the app while you browse with us the next time. By saving image and document data locally, your phone doesn't need to re-download the same every time you use the app

WhatsApp: We also want your permission to send you job alerts through WhatsApp. This will help us keep you updated about job opportunities.

IOS Permissions: If you opt in for notifications, it enables us to send across exclusive deals, promotional offers, our services related updates, etc. on your device.

19. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

It is expressly consented by the parties that in case of any dispute in relation to the contents of the privacy policy arises, the dispute will be resolved through ‘Mediation’ or ‘Arbitration’

• Mediation: If a dispute between the parties arises Parties will try to resolve the same amicably within themselves, giving mutual satisfaction to the parties. But if the parties are not able to reach such an amicable solution within thirty (30) days from the date of one Party notifying the other regarding the cause of a dispute, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration, as described below
• Arbitration: If the Parties are not able to amicably resolve a dispute through mediation, said dispute will be referred to arbitration with a sole arbitrator to be appointed by JobsKart, and the award granted by such sole arbitrator must be valid and binding on both the Parties. The cost of the proceeding shall be borne by respective parties themselves, although the sole arbitrator may order in his/her discretion to one of the parties to bear all the cost. The language used for the purpose of arbitration has to be English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be the city of Kota, Rajasthan, India.

The Terms, Policy and any other agreements between the Parties are guarded by the laws, rules and regulations of India and this is consented by the Parties. The Courts at Kota, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
